FTP Terms of Use
Q: Can I use FTP to upload files.
A: Only paying customers are allowed to us ftp to transfer photos to their site.
Please read the terms of use below.

You are only allowed to upload JPG or JPEG images to the ftp site. All other
non-jpeg documents will be deleted automatically. DO NOT CREATE FOLDERS OR UPLOAD
FOLDERS. All folders will be deleted from the ftp account.
This ftp account is available to you for the sole purpose
of helping you build your personal web site. This is not for your personal storage.
All files that are on the ftp server for more than 48 hours will be deleted without
notice. Please move your photos to your personal web site A.S.A.P. Thank you
in advance.
The Terms Of Use are subject to change at anytime to secure our data-integrity
and to protect our web site stability. Anyone found violating these terms of
use repeatedly may loose his or her ftp account privileges and will only be able
to upload through the photo set up page.

Q: How long does my photo site subscription last?
A: Prices are based on a one year subscriptions. You can also increase the quantity
of years you would like your site to stay on line during check-out. Photo sites
should remain online regardless of inactivity for the full term of your subscription.
Disruptions
may occur from time to time do to technical difficulties. If we find that you
actively posting illegal documents, harmful content, or disrupting our products
and services, we have the right to terminate your website subscription without
notice.

Q: Can I register my site for more than one year at a time?
A: Yes. After you click the “Buy Now” button, you will be redirected
to a Pay Pal check-out cart. Change the quantity to the amount of years you would
like the site to stay online.

Q: How do I buy Additional Photo Storage?
A: At the bottom of the Order page, there are special offers. Choose the one
that's right for you and click the "Buy Now" button to complete your
order.

Q: How do I buy a custom Domain Name for my Photo Site?
A: At the bottom of the Order page, under the "Get a Custom
Domain Name" products listing, click the "Buy Now" or "Search
for a domain name" link to open a popup window. There you can search for
an available domain name. Once you find a domain name that is available, click
the "Buy Now" button on the top right to complete your order.

A: Packages range from 100 - Unlimited Photo Uploads.

Q:
What are the "Terms of Use" and photo requirements for uploading to OurPhotoSite.com?
A: All uploaded photos must be of a .jpg or .jpeg format. They should be under
2 MB and a resolution maximum of 72 dpi.
A: Terms of Use - No illegal photography, pornography or unlicensed images
allowed on OurPhotoSite.com. Photos containing the previous type of material
will be deleted without notice. This may also cause your site to be
delete without a refund.

Q: How do I add photos to my website?
A: You can add your digital photos via our online uploads form. You must login
to access this feature inside the Account Setup.
A: You can also use an FTP program to transfer your photos to us. Please contact
us using the Contact form for more information on adding photos with an FTP program.

Q: What if I have problems uploading my photos and get an error message?
A: You can attach your photos to an email and send them to us with the subject “Photo
Album: Your Title” and in the body text, include your description of the
photos. We’ll put them online for you after which you can edit them. BE
SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR USER ID IN THE EMAIL. A MAXIUM OF 10 PHOTOS PER EMAIL PLEASE.

Q: How can I and others download photos from my website?
A: Position the cursor above the photo you want to download. Right-click (PC
users) or Control and hold down mouse button (Mac users) and a small menu will
appear, including a “Save Link As...” or “Save Target As...” option.
This will allow you to save a copy of the image to your local hard drive. Select
this option. Next select a destination for the file in the “Save as” window,
and click on “Save” or “OK”. You are done.

Q: Why are my photos smaller after uploading them?
A: Our upload program resizes photos to speed up image display, and to save you
more space on the server. The program creates two file sizes; a thumbnail image
as well as a larger preview image. This also helps your visitors with slower
internet connection to view your photos without delay.
A: We will not resize photos uploaded lower then 650 dpi.
640 x 480 is the minimum resolution for a 4x6 print. Results will vary.
